You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may require additional information from you to process your refund inquiry.
In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we will work with you and your financial institution to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for refunds that are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer or issues with third-party payment processors.
