This great muscle tank was from the 6th annual Women's 10K run in Hawaii. This run took place in 1983 and it was sponsored by Nike. This shirt was made during a time when Nike was rapidly expanding their brand. They had just started regularly sponsoring competitive runs, and by the end of the 80s they would introduce their viral, "Just Do It" campaign.
